This is battle that will separate the heroes from the losers. We’re halfway there! It’s time for the fourth leg of the Phoenix Council Wars 2011 – Dynasty Warlord. We’re looking for Champions in each region. Are you going to be included in our roster? Get ready to battle it out in our side events and tournament and win great prizes!

10AM – 12NN : Event Registration

12NN – 1PM : Lunch Break and Briefing

1PM – 10PM : Tournament Proper

Tournament Mechanics

Eligibility:

• Participants must be existing players of Perfect World
  
• Registered characters must be at least level 70
  
• Each team must have 6 tournament participants
  
• Once a participant has won in any Dynasty Wars or became a Champion in any leg, he or she cannot participate anymore in the upcoming Dynasty Wars leg.

How to Join

• Download the Dynasty Wars Form
  
• Bring at least one Valid ID of each team member.
  
• Fill up the registration form except for the signature.
  
• Present your Dynasty Warlord tournament form to the registration area.
  
• All team members must be present and will sign the form in front of the GM.
  
• Pay Event Registration Fee. Registration Fee includes:
  
  
  • 2 pcs 50 LU cards or e-pins. Below are the details of the Pot Load at stake for tournament participants:
    
  • One Piece LU 50 card will be given to the tournament participant, the other piece will serve as the “Pot load Prize entry” for the tournament winners.
    
  • The total Pot load will be awarded to the Champion.
    
  • Wait for the briefing and your turn at the tournament.

Registration Rules and Restrictions

• Pilots are allowed as long as the same registered username is used. One person can only pilot one character. Pilot means you can use the character of a friend as long as for the whole duration of the PCW, that character and account will be considered as yours.
  
• Only teams with complete members will be accepted for registration. Players will be required to sign the registration form in front of the Tournament Judge.
  
• Maximum of 16 teams per regional leg. Registration is on a first come first serve basis.
  
• A character or team may register to join as many tournament legs as they want. However, once a character, the player or the team wins a leg they may no longer join succeeding legs.
  
• Changes in line up will not be allowed at any time during the tournament.

Limitations

1. Non-combat pets are not allowed.
   
2. No job class repeats
   
3. A player can only represent one character
   
4. Macro is allowed.
   
   
   • Once the Time Over signal is given, players must immediately take their hands off the mouse and keyboard, except to perform the actions in the next item
     
   • Players who have an opponent targeted when the Time Over signal is given must cancel their action and move away from any opponents before taking their hands off the mouse and keyboard. A player has 5 seconds to comply with this rule before they are penalized.

Potions, pills and charms are not allowed.

Only Amulets and Hierograms are available.

Flights are not allowed

A team can have players from different servers for as long as each player can present his character.

An account can only have one character

Players are not allowed to change characters in between matches.

Mechanics

1. Qualified Teams must follow the registration mechanics.
   
2. Players from all servers can join.
   
3. Characters to be used in the tournament are pre-generated.
   
4. Tournament will be hosted on the test servers.
   
5. All matches are team vs. team (6 vs 6) PVP match.
   
6. Overall winner of the Regional leg will advance to Regional Representative Championship Circle
